Stolen bike...
1 Answers
Local vicar in training was running a prayer group when his bike was stolen. He suspected one of the group but found it too awkward to broach the subject so he spoke to his superior for advice. His superior told him at the next meeting to recite the ten commandments and when he got to -Thou shalt not steal- he should see who looked the most guilty and he would have his thief.
The following week, after the next group meeting, his superior spoke to him to see if he had resolved the problem.
He replied - well yes but I only got to -Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery- and I remembered where I had left my bike!!!
