I've got a plug-in air freshner that fits into an ordinary 240v domestic socket, and produces a pleasant aroma from a small container holding a oily fragrance. I'd like to refill with a selected fragrance of my own, but what is the oily fragrance composed of ? Is it just the fragrance, or is another, thinner oil required (?) with some fragrance in it ? Getting quite interested in this and would appreciate any pointers
Providing that you can open the container without damaging the fragrance container, you use any suitable fragrance medium.
I use the Zoflora range of fragrant & antibacterial (concentrated) in my plug-in fresheners. 1 will buy a 120ml bottle, sufficient to refill the small container 5 times over.
I particularly like the Bouquet fragrance, you should find something you like from their range you might like to have different fragrances in each of your rooms.
