He has a name... Baron no more!

A side note to everyone who offered all their answers on the name for my English Springer Spaniel. As I mentioned before, the shelter gave him Baron as a name, but it just did not fit. I was finally able to pick him up this past Sunday, and it took another day of having him here with me, when it just hit me - Petey!
I used to adore "Sex and the City", and if anyone watched, Carrie's boyfriend Aidan had a dog named "Petey", so I thought it would be perfect. He is so smart, a real sweetie...Petey the sweetie! I love him dearly already and look forward to many wonderful years with him. I will post pics this week if any of you are interested in seeing him. Thanks so much for the feedback !

Petey sounds good. I always think Baron is a bit chavey lol. Springers are lovely dogs, so full of energy and joie de vivre.
