a foreigner visiting america wants to buy his family a present. he sees this shop that says that there is a sale on and decides to go in.

but when he looks at all the products there are no reduction lables.

anyway he likes the look of an ornament and takes it to the till.

when he says, 'if there's a sale on why isn't there any reduced lables on anything?' the cashier replies 'we decided to actually sell things at the price on the lable instead of adding more on at the till.'
