My Son spent some time with a little girl yesterday, firstly in the park then at her home. When they were at her home she threw up. Tale end of Gastro.....
My son didn't go near it, typical 4 1/2 year old. But he woke up last night with a temp and was restless.
He is not himself this morning. I am very aware that my behaviour could influence his so i am acting as normal.
Am i being para, i am expecting him to throw up but can you catch Gastro.... that easily.
We are due to go out this morning to a play place should i go??or stay at home
Thanks Jo

If he still has a temp, I would keep him at home but thats only my opinion and not a medical one.

If he has diarrhea or vommiting then he probably shouldn't be around other kids until he has been symptom free for 48 hours - thats what I was advised by the hospital and GP when my LO had something similar a few weeks ago.

Hope he's ok!
well my daughter had gastro a few weeks back, she had it for 10 days in all and no-one else caught it.

Could it be that hes caught a bug from nursery or anywhere else.
sorry, pressed submit too early
if he has a temp and you can see hes not himself then its probably best to keep him home.
