flying with easyjet,confirming passport number

im flying with easyjet in a couple of weeks and just got an email off them saying to fill in the passport information which is required when yuo book,i did this when i booked,is this email just a courtesy thing which they send out to everyone?im worried now they didnt get the info but when i log in it says our flight details and there isn't anywhere to click on to give these details so im presuming i dont have to do anythibg else?anyone know what i am talking about or am i rambling??

Log on to the Easyjet site and click on "manage bookings" enter your e-mail adress and password and/or flight ref.You should get a list of present/past bookings. There should be a box to click to enter your API Advance passenger info.
