She said " Doctor, I think I've problems down below, I think there's something wrong with my labia " (that's pi$$ flaps for the uninitiated).

The doctor said " Right, take your clothes and lie down ".

He then has a detailed look at the problem area.

10 minutes later, he said " Right, I'm going to have to numb that for you ".

mmmmm, num, num, num, num.....

The woman thinks the doctor is going to give her an injection, like at the dentist, to 'numb' or freeze the area. But the doctor actually has oral s*x with her - like tasting something nice.
