Suspended for standing up for your self

Today I was informed that I am now suspended from the place I have woked for 4 months. Why you ask your self for what. Well I am a cleaner and where I worked the teachers put broken glass in a bin with out telling us cleaners or leaving a note when they clearly saw us working there nothing was mentioned. So when you finally take the bin bag out from the bin, all the broken heavy glass falls on your feet nearly cutting of your toes. Now I am suspened for informing the boss on the site that I nearly lost my toes, as the teachers are clearly so stupid and do not know right from wrong and blame the students for doing this.

How can you possibly know whether it was a teacher or a student who put glass in the bin unless you were there and watched it happen?
If you called the teachers 'stupid' to your boss then your suspension is only to be expected.

I'm sure the teachers would be aware of glass being broken in their class. I'm also sure you didn't nearly lose your toes!

you have every right to complain, but maybe your approach didn't do you any favours.

What an awful thing to say leviathan, of course she/he can complain if she feels she/he has a right to, just as you say because she/he is a cleaner she/he has no right to, she/he is a human being with feelings cleaner or bl00dy judge.
