We had a guy in our canteen who had meat & potato pie, mash, mushy peas & salad all covered in gravy. BTW, he had that every day....

I used to cook fish in concentrated mushroom soup..........do you remember those Chef square shaped soups?

sounds absolutely disgusting carrust...people's eating habits can be really weird!
At one time you could buy small jars of Cockles from behind the Bar at our local.
One of my pals used to empty the lot into his part finished pint glass and down the lot in one go with his Beer. !!

I've eaten tripe & onions...just the once though...they made me gag:-(. My father when he was alive used to eat; pigs trotter, chickling & bag, beasts heart, calfs head & to round it all off...sheeps brains...Does anyone want to come round fore their tea.LOL

I ate a pigs ear once....

And I use to love seaweed soup when I was a kid. My Grandad use to get it sent over from Ireland.
