Met this lovely chap a few weeks ago.. he works odd hours (landlord) so can come and see me in the afternoons... but today I fluffed up I think because a) told him I missed him last night, b) told him nextdoor called him me 'new boyfriend' c) snuggled with him on the couch, and d) had marmite for lunch. Not expecting a call/text any time soon!

Just a Q to the blokes out there... Is ^ that really off putting...?

''Is ^ that really off putting...?''

No... what's off putting is your general paranoia... be yourself and stop worrying so much about trivial things...
Not at all hippyhoppy Ive heard the similar things mentioned many times and its been nice to hear especially if was really into the woman.

Peri - She said 'I told (daughter) to move as Di's new boyfriend is on his motorbike'.. and I did state 'but I don't think you're my boyfriend really'... maybe I'm sending him the wrong messages
OH said A, B and C wouldn't bother him but he doesn't understand D....
there must be something you could say to make light of it hippy
You sound desperate, needy and hungry. Try something more filling for lunch.

Hippy... take no notice of the ridiculous comments like that one.

And try not to worry... he's probably just as worried/confused as you...
what is it about men that they have to be tiptoed around at times - bugs me
