Avatars,Arthur and Answers!

Well yes, after much complaining and whingeing I have given in,and succumbed to the Avatar(hope you like it). It's one of our cats,Kika, who dies a couple of years back from sinus based cancer.
I hummed and hawed at putting it here, because it still hurts to see her,but I decided she should have a bigger public! She never grew bigger than an 18 moth kitten and had a personality the same, even thought she was 9 when she died.
Arthur?
Well, this is what Elsie calls MY Arthur Ritis.
I am pretty well chairbound now by this, but have never said so before, because I certainly don't want sympathy.
However,I have had a vew bad tempered outbursts on AB of late,so I am apologising for them now,and any(few I hope) that may come in the future The old Arthur has been creeping up me for 30 years,so I hope that using my hands/fingers to post will keep it at bay there.
Answers?
Well,as long as the Arthur doesn't reach my arms I should be able to post answers here(don't all cheer at once!LOL)I have told Elsie that if I cannot type at the keyboard she can,and I will dictate(you can imagine the reception that got!)
If she does there will be fewer(and maybe shorter) answers,as she cannot type as fast as me.
Well, sorry this isn't really a question, just a quick hallo.
and
don't cross me,or I will run you over in my chair! LOL

docspock,
Aww he is lovely, and you can see he is old,but none the worse for that.
mama,
Oddly enough, mentioning teeth,I had my last surviving real tooth taken out last Wednesday. It was part of a crown, and the root was rotting.I can't say I am sad,I have only had bad experiences with teeth!
Lack of calcium rich foods in 1923 perhaps(well to be truthful, lack of much ANY food!)
So am happier now with my lovely smiling dentures!
A lady we know (79) said to me." Iam 79,and still have my own teeth!"
being quick I replied (wittily I thought~
"I have my own teeth, they may be platic, but they are mine, not Fred's down the lane"
she didn't seem amused,well I can't blame her! LOL
PS:~
Poor old natural tooth,it had kasted well.I am 87,and we loose out milk teeth at what age (5 or 6,)or earlier? so that old molar was about 82;imagine the chewing it has done!
