Fashion faux pas

Whats been your worst ever fashion faux pas? Have any of you men had a mohican, a mullet?
Women any of you have shoulder pads and abnormally big hair?

Probably as a child wearing knee high socks with high heeled shoes (my mother's and several sizes too big).

I had knee-high bright yellow platform boots and a long fluufy bright yellow coat. I must have looked like a chicken.

bermuda shorts but they had to be neon when I was about 11. then it was shell suit bottoms and hooded t-shirts with trainers where the tongue stuck out a mile. Then in 94 I got in a stage of wearing what I can only describe as clown trousers they were really wide baggy black and white striped trousers.

I have always said double denim is a faux pas then I watched Gok's Fashion Fix last week and he said that it was in fashion this season. I don't care what Gok says it just looks wrong to me!

I remember thinking I looked cool in my cream coloured leg-warmers, til I saw a photo.. they looked like bandages.

I cant even find a pic of said stripy trousers on google and there are no photos of me from that era, was probably my 'I hate having my photo taken angry teenage years' lol
