what to do for lunch?

what can I make for lunch out of these (not necessarily using everything)? rice cakes,baked beans, salad (cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce), ketchup, low fat cheese, butter, mayo, tinned sweetcorn? and possibly some other basic stuff?

I haven't got a cat and I don't like fish and chips from the shops its boney, horrible and greasy.
