Sautee of chicken livers with sherry vinegar, salad garnish

Mains: Cold cuts, Rare roast beef, chicken, honey and wholegrain mustard roast ham, or poached salmon with new potatoes and salads, homemade pickles, relishes and chutney's to accompany.

Tuna steak with sweet chili and lime, jacket wedges, watercress, spinach and rocket salad
OR
Grilled Lamb chops, minted pea puree, new potatoes
Vegetarian option:
Portabello mushroom 'burger'. Large mushroom cooked in garlic buter, topped with Morning Star 'bacon' and vegetarian cheese on a toasted bun with salad and my homemade tomato relish and fried onions

Spanish omelette, with peas, onion, potato and mixed diced peppers
