Why no sleep rowan?

Practising my spell casting last night, its been a long time since I tried, then a long meditation....got caught up in a new herbal so spent the rest of the night working out what plants I need to buy.. plus all the other basics.....got up early as I didn't want to fall asleep only for an hour...so did some yoga instead and will walk to work this am , might as well use the extra time as a blessing

rowan, you need a pell to either keep you awake or one to make your boss go out so that you can have a snooze at work. :-) You'll sleep well tonight though!

I'm lucky I can go a couple of days without sleep.. and very little on a few nights after that....comes from doing nights when I was a nurse I think

You could be right there rowan. I don't sleep a lot. Not from choice I hasten to add! Back in army days it wasn't unknown to go two or even three nights with no sleep, or maybe an hour or two for many nights on the trot. I'm sure it stays with you later in life.

morning all from a overcast saddleworth yet again good days work yesterday managed to fix my mgbs fuel sender ,now we know how much juice we have in the tank.plus the doc and puss came to visit as well

A bit tired,didnt sleep well last night,thought someone was in the house,stupid noises,due to cat roaming about,creaking doors and a metal sounding noise lol

Do robots have ghosts? :-) It can be creepy at night in the summer when the house is cooling down as bit and various bit and pieces creek as they cool.
