help i am sooo thirsty, ive drank loads of water but the same amount comes straight back out the other end!!
say i drink one glass of water... 5 mins i need the lou, i drink another glass of water 5 mins later i need lou again, done this about 5 or 6 times now or even more, whats going on? im stilll thirsty/..... im eating fruits tooo .

they always say drink lots of fluids dont they,
so of course then youre bound to be tinkling a bit more often..
when youre feeling a bit better, maybe just nip in the chemist for a finger pr!ck test,
it only takes a second, and they will advise you.

It sounds to me that you NEED a Diabetes screening test. My boyfriend has type 1 and when his sugar levels are running high - he gets un-controlably thirsty and pee's every 10 mins or so.
Fruit is naturaly sweet - that may bring the blood sugar levels up.
Chinese food was mentioned - Sugar is added to alot of their sauces - if it turns out that you are diabetic regular chinese is not a good idea.
