when you read it in a newspaper/see it on TV (excluding the obvious things like hurting children/animals etc)

Whenever I see in a local paper of a petty theft which includes stealing a charity box I can't help but think 'how low can you get'? I dont care how desperate people are for money that is really, really rock bottom.
