this is regarding a visit to a jelly belly factory

Exhibit 1-5 of your text diagrams a general value-chain. Ignoring “customer service,” if you were in charge of identifying both excess costs and incorrectly measured costs at Jelly Belly, which two functions would you like to examine more closely? Based on your observations, specifically why did you pick those two functions? What do you expect you might find? Can you identify any potentially non-value-added activities at any point in the process

the two functions I would examine are firstly your sanity for posing such a question on this site
and secondly, what loon bins may exist in your neighbourhood.
As to potentially non value adding activities - this very question is not adding any value to society at large.....indeed I would argue for negative value.

Quiet at the back please!
I think this is primarily extremely non-PC thread. This is an affront to people with quivering bellies..Based on my observations. and the diagrams 1 - 5 I feel that to give rise to the rumour that there is a factory that actually produces jelly bellies, like mine, for a price is beyond the pale. I shall refrain from visiting this thread from now on.
