I sympathise with you, I used to work with a girl who had exactly the same problems, but she had to live with it - proper suitable bras (unfortunately usually quite expensive to get the right uplift) helped her a lot.
lol Barmaid .. you do sound completely hammered .. already : )

They must weigh about 300lbs each! Get yourself booked in girl!

The strain on the shoulder straps goes down my back, across my shoulders, up my neck etc etc. When Mr, Curvy stands behind me and holds them up, the relief is indescribable. Surely someone out there is in the same boat ?
Booked in for what Al? ;)
I am most definitely not in the same boat - Mr Curvy has never stood behind me and lifted my boobs ;)

I would see a gp, over large breasts on a small frame can cause droopiness. if its causing so much anguish why have you not seen a doctor already?
To receive cosmetic surgery from the NHS, you will normally need a referral from your GP. You will have to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon and possibly an assessment by a psychiatrist or psychologist. They will consider whether there is enough social, psychological or physical benefit to justify surgery, for example if your breasts are causing you significant pain or mental health problems.
