Exploded Diagram of JCBD-HD860 Hammer Drill.

I wish to change the brushes on the above drill. The brushes were supplied with the drill.
The operating booklet details use of the drill but no technical schematic.
I have contacted JCB on their helpline, only to be told the only manual they have is identical to mine. On checking the drill noticed that it is manufactured in the PRC.
I am hoping someone has opened one of the these before i run amok with a screwdriver.I am presuming the problem lies with the brushes as the drill buzzes whilst in idle mode and tries to rotate the chuck.
