Stuff I ordered from various sites has been sent out over a week ago,but still hasn't turned up.I am now beginning to poop it a bit!!
I thought I had ordered in plenty of time cos things normally arrive in under a week, but now the smow is back again in places I am beginning to think the worst.Still at least when I brought the subject up with the kids they said its the thought that counts and so long as they get it in the end they don't mind if its late...Bless
Anyone else wondering if they will turn up in time?
Happy Christmas to you all

My daughter is still waiting for an item from the Early Learning Centre she ordered over a week ago. they have said it has been despatched but she still hasn't received it. There was an item on the news this morning about parcels not being delivered. Still over another week to go though provided you are not waiting to send it on to someone.
I was hoping to avoid physically setting foot in a shop, but then OH threatened to get the Tesco Christmas shop in all on his own so for my own sanitys sake I will do that, probably day before Christmas eve.Apart from that I have my fingers crossed,if everything has been sent out, surely I stand a chance.
i ordered from Lakeland last thursday, got email Saturday to say it was dispatched and Im still waiting.
Its got little bags in it that i need for the sweets that Im making for the kids teachers and i need to send them to school tomorrow.
Looks like i shall have to go out this eve to buy some locally instead.
The rest of order was Christmas presents so i hope they arrive soon
I got a 'sorry i missed you' through the door at lunchtime -ive asked for re-delivery tomorrow as im buggered if I know what it is -that apart I think we are gonna have a great excuse for a party in January !!
Have a great time Aya:)
parcels that we have had to send out for work (cant do early as customers dont order early) have been accepted by courrier and charged for as next day delivery and then not arrived. Courrier has tried to deliver to offices at 7pm! then they take the parcel back to depot to then send out again in a couple of days!
Neighbours of mine are awaiting a parcel that has to be signed for by them. They are out most of day and there have been 4 attempts to deliver it. They then call the delivery company to ask for a new delivery day so they can arrange to be there for it, only to be told that with the backlog it can be pre arranged it just goes out on van when they have time and space. what a waste
I.Don No OMG thats where I have been going wrong!I thought Christmas shopping was magic and automaticly arrived in time cos the little elves worked soooo hard ;-)
Good luck to everyone waiting
Do the postmen still deliver this Sunday?I know the last Sunday before Christmas they always used to but things change so much.Do I have to jump out of bed(this Sunday) if the door goes it what I really mean ;-)
