What is the difference between Buxton Water and a french equivalent such as Evian Water? Which is the best?

They all have slightly different minerals dissolved in them, picked up from the natural rocks. Apparently you can taste the difference, and some pretentious restaurants have water sommeliers. I read somewhere that water from Fuji is very fashionable at the moment for its pure taste.
As to which is best: if you can taste a difference go with what you like. If like me water is water, buy british or failing that whichever brand is ripping you off least by price.
