Hey! I totally understand the feeling of seeing a loved one suffer through the affects of a stroke. An important part to remember is that sometimes someone needs to be sad to get better. If they ever want to cry it out, don't discourage it! It's healthy and a good way to get the brain jogging again. Just make sure they know they aren't a burden to the caretaker, and things can always get better. Encourage physical therapy when it comes to the hands. How did the stroke happen? How old is your loved one? Hope all continues to get better! Best wishes, Addie. x
