Hi, first post here as I'm stuck on a few answers from a Christmas related quiz, where all answers are Christmas related somehow.

1) Reveille, good men! (10, 5) - Pretty sure it's an anagram but no idea what it is.

3) Cheese and ham – perfect sandwich filling (6)
4) Old jokes (9)
5) Paul Daniels was the magician at this gathering (4)
6) Legend of a thrush (9)
7) To kill (6)

Sorry there are so many but there are 50 in total so don't think I've done too bad...

thank you all! colleague of mine said mistletoe for 6 but I didn't understand where it came from and she couldn't explain it either. where did you get it from?

Mistle (thrush) + toe - not legend but leg end!

Sorry DD67, there is no such bird.

The bird is actually a Mistle Thrush.
The toe is the part of your body found at the leg end.
