If I understand your question correctly - can a street child manage to survive by eating anything they find, without proper medical treatment?
The answer is obviously no.
The ability of the human body to survive thigs put into it depend on massive variables - age, general health, congenital defetcs, etc., so there is no short and easy answer, excapt to say that no human being can eat anything and everything, and survive.

Where are you from Yasinomarfaruk? only I am having trouble understanding your questions... If I have worked out the core of what you are asking... humans can survive terrible conditions for a long time but eventually they either die from disease or the effects of thirst or starvation,, but one thing I believe ...if people have hope they hold on longer than those who feel there is no chance of escape from their situation
