I had some great icecream last weekend. Purbecks Champagne and Strawberry. I have been trying to find a recipe for champagne and strawberry icecream and am not having much luck. Anyone know where I can find one?

ohhh that icecream is beautiful. here is a recipe for white wine sorbet, on the same site there's a recipe for strawberry icecream so i guess you could try to combine the two. either way, good luck
