I've noticed a trend in people using the word 'much' at the end of a sentence, especially in the written word such as online etc. E.G;

'I see you have tickets for the 100m Olympic Finals. Jealous much?'

"not" at the end of a statement was pioneered by Mike Myers in Wayne's World 20 years ago. If it's still going, it's because it works.

Jealous much? is short for "Are you jealous much?" There's nothing unusual about omitting verb in such circumstances... happy now?
"Are you jealous much", is awful to start with.
