I searched by quotes in the internet movie database for it and all that came up was 'Family Matters' (a tv show i think) and 'Vice Academy 4'.  I don't think it's either of them, it sounds familiar though.  Sorry i can't help more.

Wasn't it from Waynes World.When Wayne and Cassandra are laying on the bed and he keeps pretending to fall onto her saying"I've fallen and I can't get up"(Also "Camera one,Camera two!)
