"Extra full and shapely" is a reference to women's bodies, as far as the word 'voluptuous' is concerned. That is, they may be larger than one would normally think of as being the prettiest shape, but everything is in proportion so they are still sexually attractive.

Hi kay jay

Buxom, embonpoint or junoesque are other words for extra-full......BUT

you may be worried about the (extra) qualification - how can anything be extra-full after it is full or complete?

Some words - full, complete, perfect, broken, (unchangeable or immutable) should stand my themselves however there is nonetheless the habit of the English to embellish needlessly.

You can over-fill something by the way - and then it would be over full. If you have a jug with a full line - and the water goes above this line then it would be over full. AS for overfilling the petrol tank - easy. The petrol splatters all over the garage forecourt and you still have to pay......

PP (and kjc), full in this case does not mean complete. It means big.
