Muffins

I'm going to bake some cheese and apple muffins and potentially some chocolate chip ones this afternoon (Mr BM will be glued to the Grand Prix so I might as well make myself useful in the kitchen).

What type of muffins do you like?

I fancied making some blueberry ones Vodka, but the local shop won't sell blueberries and I cba to go to Sainsburys.

Mr BM might like banana and maple syrup, but I loathe and detest bananas.

malteser muffins are completely lish, made, obviously, with maltesers and in the mixture horlicks too, to give it that malt taste.

Well they are in the oven and they smell divine. I'm leaving choc chip til next week (too much "cakey" stuff otherwise) and am now seeing what else to bake.
