It All Adds Up To 2012

I ahve answers totalling 527, so the answers to these 4 questins must total 1485. I'll enter thoughts and suggestions where they may be helpful, obviously, the answers are all numbers.
1) "Last address of terroist needs refuse collection." (3) Last address could be Guantanamo Bay, terroist is Bin Laden (Laden Bin needs refuse collection)
2) "Hands out punishment." (4) Maybe the last date that the pillory was used in UK i.e.1274, or 1010 suggested by Frugalfred as hads out = 10 digits and punishment could be senTENce .
3) "Will get you to Birmingham after October 1st. (3) Suggestions include, Dialling code (0)121 and date 101 or 102
4) "Moved by an arts lecture from Geoffrey" (2) No idea at all on this one.
Any help you can offer will be appreciated, they're my last 4 questions for the RNLI quiz.

Bin Laden was never at Guantanamo bay

if it's Bin Laden his last address was Abbottabad, Pakistan. The pillory was first recorded in 1274, abolished (here) in 1837.

Rojash, I was thinking along the lines of "Guantanamo Bay" (as a last address of other terroists) needs "Bin Laden" (as in dustbin full). There were 167 detainees there in September 2012, I'm thinking that could be the answer.
Sorry jno, I meant first recorded date for the pillory, but confused myself.
