It was, in fact, a generic question. Yes, there have been some removed posts from a high profile ABer today, but my question was as stated. Do we tolerate a level of to allow ABers to judge the character of their fellow posters or should 'offensive' posts be nipped in the bud.

And has been demonstrated recently one man's offensive is another's sound advice to another ABer based on their past experience.

I'd rather suspect threads stood as they are, that way you can really see people's true characters and the good advice they often ignore.
