Has anyone heard of this word. I can't get it out of my head that it is but find it isn't in any dictionary so must be wrong. would be obliged if someone could say what I'm thinking of when I thought it was a put-down remark or something to do with punishment.

If you are not sure of a word, just search for it in Google and it will often come up with the correct word.

So if you search in Google for Perjorative (wrong spelling) it actually does a search for Pejorative as that is what you assume it means.

It also gives you a definition of it.
