Spare Ribs

I accidentally got a packet of spare ribs out of the freezer. Now what am I going to do with them? (Individual ribs - quite meaty).

Ideas on a postcard, please!

Brown them lightly in a largish frying pan and the cook until tender with enough sauerkraut to cover and feed you family. We do it in the oven… then serve over mashed potatoes… (I know, I know, but it is really winter hearty and quite tasty!)
