Been feeling a little low recently, particularly in the mornings, headaches, aching and just a general feeling of sluggishness, also my jeans are fractionally tighter. I'm thinking of going for some tests in the New Year, I'm thinking perhaps a seasonal disorder, glandular or maybe even an intolerance to something. I've tried to think who I may have caught a bug off, but my mind draws a blank. Obviously it cant possibly have anything to do with the Harvey's Bristol Cream, Baileys, Port and wine hamper that I got for Crimbo, and heaven forbid should the wheel of Camembert, Brie and Daisy's selection box (Sshh! don't tell her). Oh no it has to be something more . . . medical. Anyone else had these symptoms?

Nelly sorry to read how you are feeling at present.I sometimes feel like that ,and for me it is over indulgence in the finer things in life. However a couple of days on a light diet ,plenty of non alcoholic fluids, keeping warm and sleeping when I want to, soon puts things back to normal. All the best .Brenda.
Nelly, I have that too. It must be contagious, or infectious.
Mmmm...I so fancy a glass of port and baked Camembert now! Don't have any though.

I lost a stone before Christmas thanks to the norovirus but have kept it off despite some lovely Christmas food so I'm happy about that :)

Hope you feel better soon, I recommend lots of R&R and plenty of chocolate!

I think I need to learn to walk away from the biscuit tin and stop eating meat wrapped in meat. ;-)
