I Can't Save Word Attachment From Chrome

Hello,

I have downloaded the attachement from the email to Word
A yellow banner appears saying Protected view. This file originated from an internet location which may be unsafe. click for more details. Then a box saying Enable editing.
I do the trust the source so having clicked on the box I can see the document but am unable to doanything with it. The options are all greyed out along the top. The File is blue but blurred and although I can see the options to save and save as when I click on them nothing happens.

Is this is a problem with Chrome or with Word?

Any advice please on what to do?
