The hotel has now dropped the 'fine' after trading standards told them it was an unfair clause in the contract.

Aside from the Science forum I tend only to venture into the 'Latest Posts' and not even be aware of where I am most of the time (some might say same as usual then).

Obviously fair comment/opinion should not be penalised. However libel is still a risk on the Net as it is elsewhere.
