Rip, Rover....
Dear friends,
Nibble and I are very sad to tell you that our much-loved Rover has ended his life this morning. He had a good innings - he was 15 this year - but he had been less well for some weeks, and went downhill very suddenly in the last few days - he was very jaundiced, and yesterday, the vet diagnosed a tumour in his liver. Our kind vet sent him on his way, early this morning.
I am posting this because so many of you have followed Rover's exploits over the years, and I know that you will know how we are feeling. As sqad said some months ago - please, no Rainbow Bridge, we just want to let you know, while we manage our own sadness at his passing.
Happy Hunting in the Land of Good Cats, dear Rover xxx
