Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. Very heavy frost this morning. A chilly -3°C. There is no wind, so at least it's not making it colder. Cloudy out the front, the moon and stars shining out the back. I'm not going out too early this morning!

We had a great lunch yesterday, in a proper village pub. The Three Horseshoes in Frampton-on-Severn. A very friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere. We both opted for the 3 shu pie. That is a huge oval pie with one third creamy mashed potato, one third cauliflower cheese and one third of your choice, We both opted for the minty lamb. It was excellent. Various dogs came to investigate and act as vacuum cleaners. We'll be going there again!

so far so good..ish....did a bit of sweeping out and tidy in garden and have a wee bit of a sore back...but not doing anything today..brother is coming through for his ferrari experience and we are going out to eat..12 of us..got the deccies for the table and his wife is bringing a cake...my wee brother is 50 today EEK !

4:15 pm Minty, only had three passengers this arvo, didn't drive very far at all.

It was excellent oz. Yup, looking forward to the next one. We didn't go to Waterley bottom in the end, the lane was blocked, so we went to the Three Horseshoes in Frampton-on-Severn. google it if you like. :o}

We'll do Waterley Bottom next month.

Then not long after that Minty we'll be changing our clocks too.

I could happily live in a pub like that Boaty, as long as I didn't have to do too much work;-).

Saw a picture of a pie on their website, made my mouth water, wondering if that was what you dined on.
