Online Safety Course, Cannot Do It On Google Chrome...help !!!

i need to do a 4 hour safety course online, ive paid the fee . i went to start the course then was given a text saying that i need an android 4.0...windows xp....or IOS6.

what the ..............

is there anything i can do ? i really need to complete this . now
