Update for my favourite medic - a while back had some advice from you re: thudding in ears, feeling exploding head! coupled with possible high BP, perhaps stress related - your advice was to check out hearing (have hearing aids which I wasn't getting on with) and keep an eye on the BP. Have had everything checked out -ENT consultant says I'm in fine fettle and GP not worried re BP. Technician re calibrated hearing aids so all is tickerty boo now.
