£2 Coin Errors
5 Answers
Not sure where this question goes so it is here for now anway lol
DD got a rare £2 Lord Kitchener in her change where the writing on the edge is the wrong way round. Looking on tinternet mint condition ones are going for a couple hundred quid. Hers is well used so not worth much I would have thought.
But looking at other £2 coins we have about the house and the one signing the Magna Carta is also upside down.
Did they put some the wrong way up or is it also an minting error?
I have tried looking up the Magna Carta one but the error that keeps coming up is that it wasn't signed with a quill lol
Thanks
