yes, given at Tilbury before the Spanish Armada... I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that there's some doubt this speech was ever actually delivered, and that it was more likely cooked up afterward (like Gavin Henson's words on being dropped from the Lions test team, actually fabricated by Alastair Campbell... nothing new about political propaganda)... anyway, I've tried googling and can't find any mention of this being the case, so maybe I imagined it.
