Bbc Travel Website Alternative

The BBC Travel website has finally closed. It was useful site which lets you know which roads are congested before the start of your journey. Does anyone know an alternative site which offers similar service?

I use Google traffic maps, which give a visual indication of traffic flow on the roads.

The link shows the roads around Manchester, but you can zoom in/out and scroll to your home location then save the map in your favourites.

I check the roads for my daily commute to avoid sitting in a jam.

RAC website is also very good and there's an app for your phone.

Always used Google map to as address finder. Never knew about Google map offers live traffic report. Thank you people.
