Gord Downey 53 of the Tragically Hip has sadly passed away. He died yesterday from a cancerous brain tumour. He was very much loved in Canada and gave his final farewell concert last year. My sister was a big fan and I know she'll feel very sad today. Another one gone from us, and much too young. RIP Gord.

Thank you Minty. One of my favourite songs too. He had his own original quirky style if you've ever watched him. His fans will be distraught. So sad.
