Mercedes C200 Amg 2015

Is anyone familiar with this car. My console screen has decided it won't come on when I start the engine. I've tried the on/off button that is also the volume wheel, and also the CD eject button which I understand is a reset. The heat works, but not the navi or radio.
When I put the car in reverse, the camera comes on, so I know the screen itself works, and if I press the telephone/call button that is above the overhead light, then the whole thing springs to life wanting to contact Mercedes
Any ideas, if this is just a simple button press, or should I send the car to the quacks?

It’s sorted. I must have hit a button that switched it off. I’ve managed to get it working again.

The only advice I could find was to disconnect the battery and count fifty before reconnecting.

Whilst this might reset the command screen, it's also pretty much guaranteed to bork loads of other vital systems, so I was reluctant to recommend.

Lol. Thanks anyway.
I phoned a friend who has the same car. She had the same problem and guided me to a button on the console that said ON! I must have hit it accidentally this morning and turned the screen off, I’ve now switched it back on again.
