"Ladder 11 is on the scene with a multi-vehicle accident. Give me the balance of a 2 and 1 medical with three ambulances. Ladder 11 will be Parkway Command.

I think you might struggle to get a meaningful answer here.

This website is UK-based and we use very different terminolgies to the USA (where I assume that you're based). For example I've just had to google 'E.M.S.' and (almost certainly like everyone else here) I've not got a clue what a '2 and 1 medical' is.

You might have more luck on a US site. Unfortunately both Yahoo Answers and Answerbag seem to be poorly moderated, meaning that they're full of spam and trolls. Your best bet might be to try Quora:
