Cnc G Code Grbl File Generation

I have recently purchased a 3018pro CNC machine with both milling and laser heads. Can anyone suggest any software program (preferably free download) that I can start off with to generate g code grbl files for both laser and milling. Many thanks

I am totally out of my depth here but a bit of googling suggests that you can use InkScape (which is an excellent drawing freebie anyway):
