Quote problem

Hi,

I have a quote from, what I know, is a recent ad campaign in the U. K.. It is advertising a snack and the quote, spoken I believe, is: "They are not Children, for they are not working the fields when the fiery ball is in the sky". A clue to the answer is 'a 90 degree snack'.

Can you help?
