Exactly - neither will I
2 Answers
Is there anyone out there who has heard the expression 'Exactly - neither-will-I' or 'Exactly - neither-would-I'. We think it may have come from a commercial in the mid-90s but we just don't know where we picked it up from.

In this particular useage of the above statement or expression, the 'neither would I' part is said very quickly so that it almost runs in to one word. It was definitely something that was nationally known, for however short a period, because several people from across the country use it. We know that we picked it up from somewhere, but none of us can remember where or why. We can't find a specific regional or family origin. Perhaps it was on TV, the radio, a politician, newscaster, DJ etc. Does anyone else use it? And where did you pick it up from?
